Miss the OG

I wish I had stocked up on the original because I can't use the new one. Completely different color, way too washed out looking on my skin and I have a pretty fair complexion. Maybe keep the original AND this one for the ones that it works for? I had to find new brand & really miss this one.

New Formula - Disappointment

The new formula used is a huge disappointment! I'm having to revert to a different brand all together. The matte is still great but consistency is way off and the color leaves an ashy finish. They also lowered the SPF. Please bring the original back!

I agree 100% with a previous post "The original UltiMATTE Perfection was my absolute favorite skincare product for years. I loved the shade, light-medium coverage and blurring effect on my pores and uneven skin tone. It applied like a dream and left my dry skin appearing smooth and velvety the way I WISHED my natural complexion looked. It played well over my skincare products, never pilling."

Inferior to the original ""UltiMATTE Perfection"" in every way

The original UltiMATTE Perfection was my absolute favorite skincare product for years. I loved the shade, light-medium coverage and blurring effect on my pores and uneven skin tone. It applied like a dream and left my dry skIn appearing smooth and velvety the way I WISHED my natural complexion looked. It played well over my skincare products, never pilling. I could skip foundation and wear cream or powdered blush or highlighter over and it looked gorgeous. It wore beautifully for hours in any weather. The new product was an unexpected disappointment in every way. The worst features emerged about an hour after applying: (1) Ashy undertone. (2) Less than natural finish, a bit like oil and pigment mixed together? But my attempts to improve the finish only made my face look and feel caked up with product. (3) ""Off"" smell! I'm glad I ordered only 1 tube and not 3 as I'd originally planned. I'm searching Dermstore and LovelySkin for a replacement.

Feels wonderful and smells horrible

It goes on silky smooth without any sticky residue. I have fair to medium skin tone and it blends wonderfully. It has a horrible ammonia smell like cat urine that starts out pretty strong. It dissipates pretty quick unless it's early morning and I have to put a mask on for work then it lingers. May try the other tinted sunscreen before buying this again.

Better than the first incarnation!

I was afraid reformulating the product during its long absence would be a mistake, but it's better than ever. It's got a tad more coverage than the original but enhanced pore diminishing action and easy creamy application.

Soft, like butter, great coverage

All day wear, tint is perfect, so soft, doesn't give me blemishes like other tinted moisturizers I've tried
